This kind of guidance can come through in several different ways. Sometimes we receive precise advice on specific actions that we can take. Sometimes we learn about things that we should stop doing or let go of. Sometimes we are invited to focus on spiritual themes or lessons. Sometimes the message is a variation on "wait, find stillness, and go within." Whatever the message is, it will be whatever your Higher Self wants you to receive at this time.
